01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Applicant", or "Borrower") and Synergy Capital Solutions ("Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing our website, submitting an eligibility enquiry, interacting with our digital loan calculators, or engaging with our advisory representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of this platform and refrain from submitting any personal or financial information.

02 Nature of Services & Institutional Facilitation

Synergy Capital Solutions operates as an independent loan aggregation, financial consulting, and direct sales agency (DSA) facilitator. We partner with over 50+ RBI-registered Public Sector Banks, Private Scheduled Commercial Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) across India.

• We do not directly lend money or function as a banking institution or NBFC under the Reserve Bank of India Act.
• Our role is limited to profile assessment, document compilation, underwriting matchmaking, and submitting applicant files to certified lending partners.
• We do not charge borrowers any upfront consultancy or processing fees for basic eligibility evaluations.

03 Collection, Phone Calls, IVR, and RCS Messaging Consent

In compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations (including TRAI, DoT, and DND framework guidelines), your engagement with our platform is subject to explicit communication authorization:

You confirm that the mobile number supplied during registration or enquiry is registered in your name and that you possess full lawful authority to grant communication consent.

04 Eligibility Assessments & Disbursal Disclaimers

Any preliminary eligibility metrics, estimated EMI calculations, maximum sanction amounts, or indicative interest rates (e.g., starting at 8.40%* p.a.) presented on this platform or quoted by advisors are strictly indicative and illustrative.

• Final credit approval, sanctioned amount, applicable interest rate (fixed or floating), processing charges, tenure, and disbursal timelines remain strictly at the sole discretion of the respective lending institution.
• Sanction is contingent upon satisfactory credit score assessment (CIBIL / Experian / CRIF), employment background verification, income stability, repayment capability, and clear title valuation of property (in case of Home Loans and LAP).
• Synergy Capital Solutions holds no liability if an application is declined or modified by a partner bank due to underwriting criteria.

05 User Obligations & Information Integrity

By submitting an application or enquiry through our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All details provided (including full legal name, contact numbers, residential address, monthly income, employment category, and existing liabilities) are accurate, current, and truthful.
• You will not furnish forged, altered, or fraudulent identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN) or financial statements.
• You will promptly inform us of any material change in your employment, income, or financial condition during the loan processing tenure.

06 Opt-Out Mechanism & Communication Preferences

We respect your right to manage communication preferences. You can opt out of non-essential promotional communications, promotional IVR calls, or marketing RCS broadcasts at any time by:

• Emailing your request with your registered contact number to privacy@synergycapital.in.
• Replying with standard keyword "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" on authorized messaging channels.
• Informing your assigned loan relationship officer during any interactive consultation.

Please note: Opting out of marketing notices will not restrict vital transactional notices regarding your active loan document verification, sanction updates, or lender compliance requirements.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brand names, monograms, logos, UI designs, calculation engines, infographics, and written materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Synergy Capital Solutions. Unauthorized duplication, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

08 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synergy Capital Solutions, its directors, advisors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Lender credit decisions, loan rejections, delayed disbursements, or revised interest rate policies.
• Temporary platform downtime, telecom connectivity interruptions, or server maintenance.
• Any third-party banking website or service accessed through links on our platform.

09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.
